hrhr...thx...

hab mir auch was zusammengetext0rt...

Some years ago, only the manufacture was “outsourced”, because the people overseas don’t need to speak English or have good skills in contact with costumers.
Today more and more companies in Europe and North America shift administrative and costumer service operations to overseas. They often got to China or India. For example there are a lot of call centers of financial institutions in India today.
The companies do this, because it’s much cheaper for them.
Some companies are nervous about that, because the customers aren’t really happy about outsourcing. They fear of cultural differences or that one day their own job could be affected by outsourcing.
To minimize these fears, companies put a lot of effort in teaching the Indian staff perfect English. The companies also spend up millions for technology so that their costumers can dial the same 0800-numbers as if the call center is in their homeland.

mal schaun wie ich die zeit rauszögern kann das das 5mins dauert... :D

bevor du ans hinauszögern denkst, würd ich
a.) Fehler ausbesser und
b.) als "Einleitung" den Term "OUTSOURCING" definieren.
zb "Outsourcing is the transfer or delegation to an external service provider the operation and day-to-day management of a business process. The customer receives a service that performs a distinct business function that fits into the customer's overall business operations." (Quelle) (http://www.outsourcing-law.com/what_is_outsourcing.htm)
